Destination La Plaine des Bois

In a lush green setting, the surrondings of  La Plaine des Bois is perfect for a relaxing stay with  beautiful scenery There vare two gravel pits of 2 hectares each.

La Plaine 1 with his chalet is only to rent exclusively, for three anglers maximum.

You have two swims with chalet on La Plaine 2, two anglers maximum in each swim.

The site is equipped with toilets and showers.

Several access points have been built in order to exploit the gravel pits from all angles.

The rich and varied fishstock may cause you to spend a few sleepless nights. The bite alarms don’t stay quiet when the fish are active.

You can use your bait boat or your inflatable boat to drop your lines and combat the fish.

The average depth is 2.5 meters with a maximum depth of 4 meters.

The fishstock is similar for both basins. The good number fo fish means there will be plenty of action during your stay.

Gravel pit n° 1 :

  • 140 carp from 6 to 30.3 kg with an average weight of 12 kg.
  • 12 grass carp from 13 to 22.5 kg.
  • 10 koi from 4 to 10 kg.
  • Some catfish up to 2 m.

 

Gravel pit n° 2 :

  • 140 carp from 6 to 28.5 kg with an average weight of 12 kg.
  • 12 grass carp from 13 to 23 kg.
  • 10 koi from 4 to 9 kg.
  • Some catfish up to 1m80.

Arriving time: between 12 :30pm and 5pm - Departure time: between 9am and 11am

  • After unloading your equipment, you must park your car at the entrance of the property.
  • Only green or camouflaged tents and umbrellas are allowed.
  • Swimming is prohibited.
  • Contact us when you want to bring a dog, we must examine each case separately. Dogs must be on a leash.
  • Ground fires are forbidden, barbecues are allowed.
  • Please insure the noise levels are kept to a minimum.
  • Children are the responsibility of their parents or supervisors.
  • You can use your boat but it is absolutely mandatory to wear a lifejacket.
  • The use of drugs and excessive alcohol is not allowed on site.
  • Tube marker sticks are allowed, however no marker with a line such as an H marker will not be tolerated.
  • The use of bait boats is allowed.
  • Leadcore is forbidden, only Korda leaders “Dark Matter Safe Zone leaders” are allowed.
  • The use of braid for the main line and header is prohibited. Hook links must only be fluorocarbon or coated braid.
  • Leaders are prohibited.
  • Barbless hooks are mandatory.
  • Make sure your rigs allows the release of the lead weight in case of breakage, the safety of our fish being our priority.
  • Carp sacks are prohibited.
  • Tagging or mutilation of fish is strictly prohibited.
  • The owner and manager reserve the right to check your equipment at any time during your stay.
  • Notify us when you have caught a carp weighing more than 25 kg. We will help you to take professional photos.
  • If you do not respect the rules and regulations, you will be immediately expelled from the site WITHOUT compensation.

You can only book weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday.

Price for La Plaine 1 exclusively with chalet : 999€ per week.

Price for La Plaine 2 for a swim with chalet : 700€ per week.

Price for La Plaine 2 exclusively : 1300€ per week.

Price for La Plaine 1 + La Plaine 2 exclusively : 2200€ per week.
